Your personal data is processed in order to respond to your requests and questions, to evaluate job applications, to prevent misuse of the forms and to fulfil legal obligations.

LEGAL BASIS

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, that it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, and that processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

METHOD OF COLLECTION

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our website.

TRANSFER

Your personal data may only be transferred to legally authorised public institutions upon request and within the limits prescribed by legislation. It is not transferred to any other third party.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, to know the third parties to whom the data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request correction if the data is incomplete or incorrect, to request erasure or destruction, to request that correction and erasure be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred, to object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
